Here is a great small cottage house plan, with 1,453 square feet of living space. It is COOL house plan chp-28580

This home is perfect for narrow lots, with a front covered porch and screened porch across the entire rear of the home. Two or three bedrooms, two full baths, and open living/dining area...what more could you ask for?

This is a great small cottage house plan with 1,093 square feet on two floors. This is a unique cottage plan in that it has a little bit of a contemporary feel to the elevation, which is an interesting twist, don't you think?

The first floor has an open Great Room with fireplace, master bedroom,full bath and covered front porch:

The second floor plan is very cool...with a bedroom, full bath and a loft area. There are probably some interesting wall heights and angles on the upper level - you can see the dormer and shed roof lines in the elevation photo. In my opinion, this always add to the charm of a loft/2nd level.

Notice the generous number of windows in this plan, which will create beautiful natural light throughout the home, particularly the Great Room!

Here is a great small cottage house plan that would look great near the beach, or anywhere for that matter! The simple lines on the exterior reveal a true gem of an interior, plus, there is a covered porch on both the front and the rear of the home.

I love the first floor of this home because you have so much attention to detail and livability for the occupants.

The family room/country kitchen is a perfect cottage style layout, plus there is a great island in the kitchen, family room fireplace, powder room, master suite with walk-in closet, and, soaring ceilings. It's great!



The second floor has two additional bedroom with a full bath (notice it has a couple of dormer bump outs to increase the space), and a beautiful view to the family room and country kitchen below.

There is nothing stingy about the bedroom sizes, either. They are both a very comfortable size!
